As a child I loved being outside, playing and dancing within nature, being in the moment. This is my pure true essence. Growing up, I unconsciously lost this connection with my pure true fire, with what I really am.

Til that in 2020 the spirit in me was telling me that I deserve, and I am worth, to feel 100% self-love for who I truly am. I knew exactly where to start, the Indigenous Knowledge. For my Masters' thesis, I got the privilege to listen to interviews of Indigenous Leaders around the world. The moment of listening the way they talked about the relationship between humans and all other life on earth, the fire in my heart was reignited again. Since then, I started an inner journey guided by Nature and beautiful souls.

The journey took me in 2021 to Northern Norway, the beautiful land of the Sami, for a “Reconnect with Nature” retreat guided by an inter-species communicator and indigenous Sami shaman. There we reconnected with nature in every way possible, we were guided through ancestral shamanic journeys and learned how we can communicate with all life by connecting our energy frequencies sending and receiving words or images. This retreat was so life changing that I knew from that moment the path of connection and love for all life is the way forward for me.
